For safe usage of liquid cooling technology, we have developed a dedicated heat dissipation liquid for LED lighting. The liquid boasts excellent light guiding capacity, low stream pressure and flame retarding explosion-proof capacity and it cannot frozen at -60 degree Celsius. With hard PC housing and our exclusive sealing process, the cooling liquid is completely sealed within the housing, without any leakage. Since 90% circuits are also sealed within the cooling liquid-filled housing, sparks produced due to failure of circuits are limited within the internal part of the bulb and directly extinct due to flame retardant, thus avoiding dangerous accidents such as igniting external flammable gases. Our whole liquid cooled LED bulb shows outstanding water-proof and anti-explosion performance and may be applied in highly humid environment or at occasions with anti-explosion demand.
